The quintessential Nicaraguan Estate coffee has a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity. Selva Negra is a micro region in the Maltagalpa area with a very unique soil and climate. This coffee is highly dependant on the roast. A lighter roast will bring out a milk chocolate brightness with some berry overtones while a darker roast tends to accentuate a bittersweet chocolate with a velvet finish. The depth of this cup tends to increase as the coffee cools.
